The Army base won by a narrow margin. There were six comments posted on this blog, and we received several emails whose comments we failed to post. A big thank you to all that voted.
We are adopting this base through the Overseas Coupon Program (www.ocpnet.org). If you would like to participate, please contact us at qponswithclass@aol.com and we will make arrangements to get your coupons. We will be sending a coupon package on Monday, August 9th. We are asking each participant to donate $2 to help cover the cost of postage.
Manufacturer coupons found in newspaper inserts, magazines and blinkies will be accepted. Please cut the coupons as whole inserts will add to postage. Coupons that have not expired (but ones that you do not want) will also be accepted.
Coupons that cannot be accepted are internet coupons, catalinas, store coupons and restaurant coupons. Also, coupons expired more than two months cannot be accepted.
We will be sending a package the second Monday of each month. Let's all do our part in helping the men and women who are serving our country overseas.
